«ТРО» is an information and publicistic television channel, positioning itself as the first project in the field of electronic media dedicated to the construction of the Union State and other integration processes in the post-Soviet space. The General Director of the channel is Igor Ugolnikov.
The channel's concept is based on the principle: «Television for the Sake of Society».
The channel's programs include news, information and analytical, publicistic, cultural and educational programs, documentaries and feature films.
Currently, the channel's broadcasting network covers the territory of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, as well as many other countries of the CIS and Eastern Europe. The total number of potential subscribers today is about 30 million people. Since September 2011, the «ТРО» TV channel has started online broadcasting.
