Sky Sports Golf has announced a significant partnership with Callaway Golf, making the equipment manufacturer the official sponsor of key events across both the men’s and women’s golfing calendar. This multi-platform deal, facilitated by Sky Media, encompasses linear co-sponsorship, digital advertising, sponsorship of the Sky Sports Golf podcast, and collaborative initiatives surrounding major golfing moments.
The sponsorship will cover several prominent tournaments, including The Masters, the PGA Championship, the US Open, and events on the LET & LPGA Tours. Crucially, it extends to all major Women’s Majors (excluding the AIG Women’s Open), underscoring a commitment to equal representation in showcasing premier golf across both genders.
Jason Wessely, Director of Sky Sports Golf, stated: “Sky Sports is very proud to be joined by Callaway, a leader in the golfing equipment industry, and a brand which is aligned with Sky Sports’ ambitions to enhance the viewing and playing experience for fans across the UK and beyond.
