The sports streaming service DAZN has significantly expanded its free football offering by securing global rights to distribute LaLiga highlights for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 seasons. This means fans worldwide will have free access to a wealth of Spanish football content.

DAZN will launch an official LaLiga channel on its platform. This channel will feature a diverse range of content directly from the Spanish football league, including matchday highlights from every game and additional non-live editorial material. The content will be available in its original formats, ensuring viewers receive “the authentic LaLiga experience,” as DAZN stated.

While financial details remain undisclosed, the deal grants DAZN access to LaLiga’s complete official content package. This includes not only game highlights but also matchday clips and other editorial videos. This builds upon DAZN’s existing relationship with LaLiga, where they already hold live rights to LaLiga matches in several countries including Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Austria, Japan, and Belgium.

LaLiga is one of the world’s most prestigious leagues, and now millions of fans across the globe will be able to enjoy the best of Spanish football for free on DAZN. This partnership reflects our commitment to investing in our proposition globally and making top-tier football more accessible and delivering premium, official content to fans wherever they are. We’re proud to be working with LaLiga to bring its incredible moments to the largest possible audience and building on our commitment to become the global home of football,” said Shay Segev, CEO of DAZN Group.

Javier Tebas, President of LaLiga, added: “We are pleased to broaden our partnership with DAZN to bring LaLiga highlights to a global audience in a way that is innovative, wide-reaching, and fan-first. DAZN’s platform and global reach make it an ideal home for our content, and we look forward to working together to engage millions of football fans with the best of LaLiga.”

This agreement complements DAZN's existing impressive portfolio of premium football rights, which already includes UEFA competitions, FIFA+ content integration, and domestic leagues such as Italy’s Serie A, Germany’s Bundesliga, and Japan’s J.League.
