ECO-TV, an educational Ukrainian TV channel, has moved to a new frequency on the Amos-2/3 satellite, replacing the Russian channel NTV-Mir. The channel will broadcast on frequency 11389, starting July 11, 2014.
The educational Ukrainian TV channel «ECO-TV» has started broadcasting on the frequency 11389 of the Amos-2/3 4.0°W satellite. One instance of this channel is already present on the same satellite. From July 11, 2014, «ECO-TV» will continue its broadcasting only from the new frequency. On the frequency 10806 of the same satellite, the channel will be disconnected. «ECO-TV» took the place of the Russian TV channel «NTV-Mir», which was disconnected in Ukraine.
