In a significant development, Goldbach Germany, established in January 2015, will restructure into two independent companies starting in 2025: Goldvertise and eisbach.media. This strategic move aims to sharpen the focus and enhance growth potential for both entities.

Goldvertise will concentrate on TV, connected TV (CTV), and online video advertising. Its portfolio boasts over 45 connected TV partners, more than 40 linear special interest TV channels, and a substantial online presence with up to 1.5 billion monthly ad requests. The existing partner relationships and operational functions will continue under the new brand. Frank Möbius will remain Managing Director of Goldvertise.

eisbach.media, under the leadership of Managing Director Claudia Zayer, will specialize in premium digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising. Its extensive network includes digital screens in malls, EV screens, retail spaces, and large format screens, targeting mobile consumers before purchase decisions.

“The reorganisation of Goldbach Germany is a great opportunity for all of us. Both companies can focus on their specialised areas and grow strategically. With Goldvertise, we are bundling the media types CTV, TV and online video under the term ‘Total Video’ and will utilise the existing synergies in future. We are highly motivated to further develop the market together with our partners and to provide advertisers with exclusive, high-reach and innovative advertising opportunities,” said Frank Möbius.

Claudia Zayer added: “The entire DOOH team at Goldbach Germany will continue to be on board under the new name. We are incredibly pleased that we can take this step and are convinced that we will be able to react quickly and flexibly to all market conditions.”

Christoph Marty, CEO of Goldbach Group, concluded: “I am very pleased that Goldbach Germany will be able to focus more on its individual marketing focus as a result of the reorganisation. I wish both teams continued success.”
