KKR, the American private equity firm, has strengthened its presence in the telecoms, media, and technology (TMT) sectors with the appointment of Sir Jeremy Darroch. Sir Jeremy, who served as chief executive of Sky from 2007 to 2021, brings a wealth of experience to the role.

Sir Jeremy's career with Sky spanned 15 years, beginning in 2004 as CFO before ascending to CEO. He currently holds the position of Chairman of Reckitt Benckiser Group and serves as a Director of The Walt Disney Company.
