From the Thor 5 satellite, it is no longer possible to receive paid thematic channels in the Czech version for free. Telenor Satellite (TSBc) has ended FTA broadcasting of two documentary channels: History and Crime & Investigation.
Both stations on the operator's capacity were broadcast for several months free of charge and were therefore available without any access card or prepayment.
On Monday, January 11, 2021, changes were made to the signal distribution and connection of the conditional access system - namely Conax (Caid 0b00 and 0b02), Nagra MA (Caid 1815) and Irdeto (Caid 0d97 and 0653), which corresponds to the Freesat, UPC Direct and Focus Sat access cards. But on the Czech freeSAT access card, neither of the two programs at the frequency of 12,418 GHz is decoded.
