Svitlana Paveletska, Dmytro Tsarenko and Viktor Berezenko announced the creation of a media holding called Live Network and announced the launch of another local TV channel KHARKIV.LIVE. In Kharkiv, the channel will start operating in the spring of 2021. This is stated in the press release of the united broadcasters. The owner of the TV channels of the Live Network holding Vadim Stolar commented on the news as follows: “This year I made a responsible decision – to create the first independent network of regional media for residents of the capital and other major cities. It will become the main information platform that covers current events from the life of the regions. This is not just TV, but also online media, Telegram channels and a new ecosystem. For a long time there was no such approach in Ukraine. Our regional television will be of high quality, useful and will localize national events. Next year KHARKIV.LIVE will start broadcasting, and later Live Network holding channels will appear in other cities of Ukraine.” The holding will be managed by the team of the Institute of Cognitive Modeling. “We are reforming channels in Odessa and Kyiv. We are launching a digital direction that will be equivalent to TV. Now our main task is to create a powerful syndicated holding, with assets that will meet the interests of the audience and start the trend of high-quality regional TV. We understand that there is still a lot of work and new challenges ahead, but we assure you that we will be able to surprise you with cool results soon.” – said the managing partners of the Live Network holding. In the second half of December, 3 new programs started on KYIV.LIVE TV channel. “Exposure” – about the secrets and secrets of famous politicians and stars; talk show “People of the Big City” – a dialogue about modern life with people who influence the city and the country: politicians, top officials, experts and stars of Ukrainian show business; “News. Crime” – a program that covers all extraordinary events in the capital. Over the past 2 months, the team has been joined by: Darya Kachkovska, who headed the television direction of KYIV.LIVE TV channel, Marina Polshina — the main director of the TV channel; Dmytro Zubko — the operating director of the holding; Kateryna Pecherna — the head of the press service; Vitaliy Melnyk — the chief operator of the holding; Dmytro Zhuk, who heads the web development department; Alina Makarova – the head of the marketing department of digital projects of TV channels and Anna Tkachenko — the head of the digital direction of the holding. KYIV.LIVE TV channel started broadcasting on August 9, 2020 in analog and digital T2 broadcasting in Kyiv and the region. ODESA.LIVE – on September 2 of this year in digital broadcasting in Odessa and the region and in cable operator networks instead of GTV channel. Since November 2020, the Institute of Cognitive Modeling has been providing consulting support to the holding’s TV channels.
