Virginia Public Media (VPM) is significantly upgrading its broadcast capabilities with a new virtual studio powered by Zero Density's technology. This project, a collaboration with Broadcast Management Group (BMG), marks a major advancement for VPM's news production and overall media output.

BMG, acting as the managed services provider, oversaw the complete technological integration and setup of VPM's new facility. The initial plan focused on enhancing the news studio; however, recognizing the system's versatility, VPM expanded its use. Now, the virtual studio will also be available to external clients, opening exciting creative avenues for local businesses in Richmond, VA.

“We’re excited to engage with Zero Density and see what it can provide to our daily operation and supporting the Richmond, VA production community with virtual studio technology,” says Harry Orell, VP of Technology at VPM.
