German communications technology provider WISI Communications has successfully completed its insolvency process. The Pforzheim District Court decided on 27 November 2024 to terminate the proceedings. The decision came into force on 30 November, following the final approval of the company’s restructuring plan, according to WISI. The insolvency proceedings were started to help the company reorganise and ensure a sustainable future.
Thanks to strong collaboration with the insolvency administrators from Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft and the dedication of its employees, WISI has managed to overcome this difficult period, stresses the company, adding that the end of the insolvency proceedings marks a new chapter for WISI and strengthens its confidence in its brand, products, and workforce. The company expressed its gratitude to employees, customers and suppliers for their trust and support over the past months, which was essential in stabilising and realigning the business.
With the conclusion of the insolvency process, WISI sees itself in a better position to grow stronger and more competitive.
