«Shchelkovo» is a Russian television channel broadcasting in the city of Shchelkovo, Moscow Oblast. The channel is owned by OJSC TRK «Shchelkovo» and is one of the main sources of information for residents of the district.
The main goal of the channel is to reflect the life of the Shchelkovsky district as it is. Every day, the news program «Events» is broadcast, and on Sundays, the summary «Events of the Week». More detailed coverage of the most interesting topics is provided in the program «Postscriptum». Since 1999, on Tuesdays, the socio-political program «Dialogue» has been broadcast live with representatives of the authorities and administration of the Shchelkovsky municipal district.
The subject matter of the own programs is diverse and constantly expanding. «Such Different People» - the studio invites individuals known for their achievements in various fields, whose lives are somehow connected with the Shchelkovsky district. Participants in the programs were S. Stankevich, L. Roshchal, V. Garkalin, I. Pismenny, M. Popovich, P. Klimyk, and many others. Every week, the program «Dialogue about Orthodoxy» is broadcast live with the participation of the abbot of the Nikolo-Berlyukov Monastery, Hegumen Evmeniy. Together with the Education Committee, the program «Open Lesson» is produced. For many years, the program about club music culture «Musical Instinct» has been popular. Among the new programs are «In a Healthy Body» about a healthy lifestyle, «Everyday Business» about the work of housing and communal services.
The creative team of TRK «Shchelkovo» also produces presentation and corporate films, commercials, and other video products. A series of thematic films about urban and rural settlements and leading enterprises of the district is being filmed.
