Sinclair Broadcast Group's right-leaning investigative show, "Full Measure with Sharyl Attkisson," will commence its 11th season on September 7th, 2025. Initially airing in October 2015 on Sinclair stations Sunday mornings, the show continues to attract a substantial viewership.
The season premiere will feature Attkisson's examination of El Salvador's military-led urban crime-fighting strategy and its potential applicability in the United States. This narrative appears to resonate with Donald Trump's past deployments of the National Guard. The program will also cover the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, assessing improvements (or lack thereof) in federal disaster response.

Nielsen data reveals a 49% increase in total audience share since the show's inception, with household share up 32% and a 33% rise in the key 25-54 demographic. Recent season-to-season growth shows a further 9% audience share increase, 5% in household share, and a remarkable 25% jump in the key demographic.
Attkisson's career path includes a notable departure from CBS News amidst allegations of computer hacking and accusations of editorial interference. She subsequently detailed her perspective in a book, consistently maintaining the fairness of her reporting. Sinclair's programming has faced criticism for its inclusion of right-leaning content, including mandated editorials and controversial promotional videos. A documentary on John Kerry's war record further fueled such critiques.
