4K: forward, only forward

For several years now, the Ultra HD / 4K format has been the flagship of industry development.

Cybersecurity

In recent years, businesses of all sizes, from financial institutions to children's stores, have taken steps to protect themselves from cyberattacks. Media companies are no exception. All threats to the future success of media companies, whether it is vulnerable technology or a change in the competitive landscape, require decisive action in response.

Artificial Intelligence

Now there is a lot of talk about artificial intelligence (AI). The media sphere is no exception. Sooner or later, AI will be part of the everyday production of mass media, and there are signs that this is already happening.

This year at Wimbledon, data provided by the IBM Watson system was used to manage official social channels. Watson was also used to assemble video clips to help create a trailer for the Fox studio's science fiction film Morgan.

This means that there is a very real threat to jobs in high-tech areas that were previously considered untouchable.
