The Orthodox television company «Soyuz» is Orthodox in spirit, but not purely religious in content.

It is a positive, family-oriented, home television, based on traditional moral values and traditions of Russian history and culture.

The Orthodox television company «Soyuz» was created with the blessing of the Ruling Bishop of the Yekaterinburg Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church, Archbishop of Yekaterinburg and Verkhoturye Vikenty, on the basis of the diocesan television studio and the acquired Pervouralsk television company «Soyuz».

Exclusively religious broadcasting on the channel is represented by weekly broadcasts of services from churches in Yekaterinburg and daily blocks of morning and evening prayers. These programs are intended for those who, due to old age, illness, disability, are confined to bed and cannot attend church.

Other programs of the television company, undoubtedly, being Orthodox in their foundation, at the same time have an educational, cognitive, cultural, historical, local history, educational character, but are not purely religious.
