More Screens CEO Predrag Mandlbaum has detailed a new streaming service, MNE Play, created for Public Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG). The service is the result of a competitive tender. Mandlbaum notes More Screens met RTCG’s “stringent” requirements for technology, service, and cost.
The MNE Play platform launched recently, offering a smooth viewing experience across web, mobile, Samsung Tizen, LG WebOS, and Android TV. Expansion to seven more devices (Hisense Vidaa, Roku, and Apple TV amongst them) is planned, bringing the total to 13 platforms. Features include Live TV and Live Radio; Video and audio on demand; advanced catch-up TV; AI-powered content search with advanced filtering; and “My Content” personalization.
MNE Play also acts as a valuable tool for smaller Montenegrin TV stations lacking resources to develop their own OTT solutions. The platform’s availability to a wide array of devices ensures broad reach and accessibility for viewers across the country.
