Registration for the 2025 NAB Show New York opens in late July. This annual event, organized by the National Association of Broadcasters, takes place October 21–23 at the Javits Center. It will unite media, entertainment, and marketing professionals from broadcasting, sports, live events, and film.

Organizers anticipate around 13,000 attendees and 300 exhibitors. Broadcast television and radio will be highlighted on October 22, including the launch of a new Future of Journalism Symposium and a Sports Conference Track. The symposium will cover artificial intelligence in news production, automated reporting, hybrid funding models, and niche journalism.

October 23 focuses on the creator economy, emerging technologies, and media trends. A fireside chat with Alessandra Catanese, CEO of Smosh, will explore audience engagement and monetization strategies. “This event is a must-attend for creators, streamers and broadcasters seeking to elevate their craft and amplify their message,” said Karen Chupka, executive vice president and managing director of Global Connections and Events at NAB.

The show floor will feature product demonstrations, panel discussions, and a career fair. Exhibitors include B&H, Blackmagic, Canon, Chyron, Enco, Fujinon, Grass Valley, Panasonic, RCS, and Ross. Additional programming includes the Radio + Podcast Interactive Forum and Local TV Strategies, both on October 22. Post|Production World New York will run on October 22 and 23. The NAB Marconi Radio Awards dinner is scheduled for October 21.
