NBC Sports has finalized its impressive lineup of broadcasters for the upcoming NBA season, marking the league's return to NBC and its debut on Peacock. The network has assembled a team of broadcasting legends and rising stars, ensuring comprehensive and engaging coverage.

Veteran broadcaster Terry Gannon joins the team, bringing his extensive experience in golf and Olympic broadcasting to the NBA. He will share play-by-play duties with Mike Tirico, who returns to NBA coverage after a successful stint at ESPN, and Noah Eagle, a rising star who joined NBC Sports in 2023.

Game analysis will be provided by a trio of NBA greats: Reggie Miller, a Hall of Famer with two decades of broadcasting experience; Jamal Crawford, a three-time Sixth Man of the Year; and Grant Hill, a seven-time All-Star. Miller will transition to full-time duties with NBC following the 2024-25 season.

Studio coverage will be anchored by Maria Taylor, who will host Sunday and Tuesday night programming, adding WNBA hosting responsibilities in 2026. She'll be joined by analysts Carmelo Anthony and Vince Carter, both NBA legends who are expected to appear weekly throughout the season.

Adding another layer of excitement, Michael Jordan will contribute as a special contributor to NBC's NBA coverage. This announcement, made during NBCUniversal's Upfront presentation in May, further solidifies the network's commitment to delivering top-tier NBA coverage.

The 11-year media rights deal between NBCUniversal and the NBA, announced in July 2024, includes regular-season and playoff games for both the NBA and WNBA. Peacock will exclusively stream national Monday night games, while Tuesday night regional doubleheaders will air on both NBC and Peacock. Sunday Night Basketball will debut in 2026.

More details regarding the production staff and scheduling are expected closer to the season's October start.
