Nova, a member of United Group and a prominent telecommunications and media provider in Southeastern Europe, has significantly expanded its EON platform's content offerings. Through a new two-year SVOD agreement with Thema, Nova will now feature a curated selection of high-quality Korean dramas.

This marks the first introduction of Korean dramas to the EON platform. Thema, entrusted with curating this exciting new content, has assembled a lineup of diverse and popular shows. The collection includes titles such as "Through The Darkness," "Missing: The Other Side" (seasons 1 and 2), "Blind," "The King of Pigs," "Evilive," and season 1 of "Taxi Driver." These dramas represent a range of genres and come from top-tier South Korean production companies including CJENM, SBS, and Studio Genie.

Camille Mury Decouflet, EMEA distribution Manager at Thema, commented: “This launch is a great step for Thema’s longterm partnership with Nova and for the growing distribution of Korean dramas in Greece. We are delighted to bring those five amazing high-quality productions made in South Korean to Nova’s subscribers. They will bring thrills, suspense, and action to all their viewers and we believe they will definitely meet the same success as they already have worldwide.”

Kiki Silvestriadou, CEO of Nova Media, added: “We are particularly pleased to announce the addition of Korean series to our EON platform on Nova. Our ongoing goal is to be the first to deliver best-quality content to Nova subscribers, staying ahead of emerging, established and evolving novel international trends. This expansion further enhances our collaboration with THEMA, reflecting our shared commitment to premium entertainment content offerings.”
