SoftAtHome is broadening its Orchestr'ON platform by introducing a partner "app store," aiming to assist operators in launching and monetizing value-added services on prpl-based home gateways. In addition to SoftAtHome's existing modules, such as WorkAtHome, Mobile Backup, and Digital Coaching, the catalogue now incorporates third-party applications from companies like Origin, Nami, Cognitive Systems, and F-Secure, with plans for further expansion.

The company states that this initiative allows ISPs to customize service bundles, accelerate time-to-market, and generate new upsell opportunities, all while enhancing customer satisfaction. Orchestr'ON, positioned as a services orchestration layer on the CPE (Customer Premises Equipment), is designed to curate, deploy, and manage partner apps at scale, providing operators with a means to differentiate themselves beyond simply offering connectivity.

A live demonstration showcasing the expanded ecosystem is being presented this week in Paris at Network X and the prpl Summit. Arnaud Bellivier de Prin, CEO of SoftAtHome, commented that these additions signify a new chapter for operator home services, uniting SoftAtHome's portfolio with a wider ecosystem of reputable partners. "the additions mark a new phase for operator home services by combining SoftAtHome’s portfolio with a broader ecosystem of trusted partners."
