Finnish company Teleste Corporation saw a positive trend in North America during the third quarter, with increased deliveries. However, the company continues to face low demand in Europe. Teleste President & CEO Esa Harju stated that there are indications that investment in next-generation DOCSIS 4.0 technology would begin in some parts of Europe in the latter half of 2025. Harju also highlighted that despite solidifying its position with operators in North America, this was not enough to offset the ongoing reduction in European volumes.

Teleste’s net sales decreased by 15.1% to €29.9 million between July and September, achieving an operating result of €1.3 million, marking a 160% increase. The company’s updated guidance, initially released on September 16, 2024, forecasts net sales in 2024 to range between €120-135 million and the adjusted operating result to be between €1-4 million.
