Channels Hustler and Blue Hustler, broadcasting from the satellite ASTRA 4A (4.8°E), have now fully switched to Viaccess encoding.
Thus, free satellite television has lost some of the most popular channels.
The channels are among the most popular in the genre of erotica and porn@.
Until 2013, the channels were encoded using the Cryptoworks conditional access system in the Arqiva package. All modern satellite receivers could play back using the built-in emulator popular channels such as: ESPN-classic, Travel channel, Hustler (PG) and Blue Hustler (PB).
The reason for the change in encoding from Cryptoworks to Viaccess is the piracy of the Cryptoworks system and the complete lack of support from its owner - Irdeto.
ESPN Classic was the first to switch to Viaccess encoding.
The most popular travel channel, Travel Channel, is still available in both encodings, so it is still available for conditional free viewing, although, apparently, it will soon face the same fate.
The option to watch Hustlet TV by setting up an additional converter to receive a signal from the Astra 1M 19.2°E satelliteis also no longer relevant.
