The NTN TV channel appeared on the Ukrainian airwaves on November 1, 2004. NTN is a general-format TV channel. The main audience consists of women and men aged 18-54, and the core audience is men over 35.
Regular reception of the TV channel's broadcast extends to a large part of Ukraine. Its technical coverage is approximately 88.3%. This includes 88 cities with a population of over 50 thousand people. In Ukraine, in 83 cities, NTN programs are included in the packages of cable television operators. NTN broadcasts various programs around the clock.
Over 5 years of its operation, NTN TV channel has received four times the prestigious award in the field of Ukrainian journalism - "Golden Pen". This TV channel received the award in 2005 for creating the information program "Vchasno", and in 2007 - for the best TV program on the topic of law enforcement - the project "Svidetel", as well as for the author's program by L. Kharkiv "Personal View".
The program "Svidetel" in 2008 again became a contender for the same competition.
The journalists of "Svidetel" also won the International Competition of Television Programs on Legal Topics called "Golden George". They became laureates of this competition in 2006 and 2008.
The awards of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine "Yaroslav the Wise" of I and II degrees became in 2007 and 2008 an assessment of the work of the creative team. Some managers and journalists of the program were awarded diplomas of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Security Service of Ukraine for their work of high professionalism.
