On the eve of satellite signal encoding, Viasat, the official satellite television operator, reports a significant increase in information requests from the population regarding the encoding of satellite signal channels. Thus, the call center load has increased hundreds of times, Viasat receives up to 20,000 calls to the hotline daily. Customers are interested in which channels will be encoded, when and what to do with existing tuners, what offers are available from the operator.

Through satellite encoding, to continue watching television, the consumer is faced with a wide choice of both operators and connection types (cable, digital, OTT, etc.). In such a highly competitive environment, Viasat is trying to provide the best offer so that companies choose and use our services.

Therefore, since September 2019, Viasat has launched its advertising and educational campaign on encoding. Also, Viasat employees throughout Ukraine have conducted explanatory work with masters, dealers and retail chains about signal encoding, and the latter are now ready to provide professional advice to customers.

Simple connection, packages with a wide selection of channels and the quality of Viasat services have been appreciated by consumers, which has led to an increase in the number of Viasat customers, which is over 100,000 customers.
