Starting from March 10, 2014, unauthorized interference with the equipment that is part of the multi-channel television network of LLC «Zeonbud», located in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, was committed. The company «Zeonbud» provides digital television broadcasting services DVB-T2 in Ukraine.

As a result of such interference, broadcasting of national and regional Ukrainian channels was stopped in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and representatives of LLC «Zeonbud» were informed of the prohibition of access to the facilities where the equipment is located.

Transmitters and equipment that are part of the multi-channel television network were reconfigured and, as of today, according to available information, broadcast programs of broadcasters who do not have a license to broadcast in the digital television network of LLC «Zeonbud».

At the same time, the broadcasting of programs of TV channels that do not have licenses to broadcast in the multi-channel television network of LLC «Zeonbud» is carried out by an unknown provider/operator to us, illegally using the name of our company, indicating it as the «provider» that distributes such programs.

On March 11, 2014, LLC «Zeonbud» applied with letters for relevant clarifications to the Radio Broadcasting, Radio Communications and Television Concern, as well as to the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting.

Now, LLC «Zeonbud» is making every effort to gain access to the equipment and restore the broadcasting of national channels.
